I've worked on bunch of sustainable initiatives in the past 6 years, relating mostly to waste management and recycling. This kind of led me to think more about the fashion industry, since so much of our clothing ends up in landfills. 

The industry makes up a fifth of plastic pollution, which is estimated to be about 60 million tons a year. This leaves a huge amount of space to grow as a society and individuals!
